At this retreat you will experience:

Yoga and Breathwork

Brynn will lead daily movement and breath work practices ranging from restorative to challenging postures to leave you rejuvenated and revitalized.

Meditation

Michael will lead you through morning meditations to help you focus and feel present throughout the day. His afternoon and evening meditations will guide you into deeper states of consciousness.

Adventure in San Miguel

You will have plenty of time to explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore pyramids, botanical gardens, hot springs, the famous Fabrica Art Gallery, and so much more!

What's Included

Five days of classes, including movement & mindfulness as well as four transformational workshops on Nutrition and Ayurveda, Becoming Your Future Self , Creating A Personalized Meditation Practice, & Your Lifestyle Blueprint.

Daily yoga classes with hands on assists followed by traditional breath-work practices in the lineage of Baba Hari Dass. These classes will leave you feeling challenged, yet relaxed, energized yet focused.

Daily meditation practices tailored to lead you inward. You will learn to focus your mind on present senses, releasing worries and expectations. This level of concentration will improve your work, relationships and hobbies.

Daily snacks including fruit, nuts, granola, protein bars, coffee and tea. For students staying onsite, basic breakfast items are provided plus a kitchen, refrigerator and pantry to store food for cooking.

A nutritious group dinner prepared and enjoyed together in home according to Ayurvedic principles.

Optional organized daily outings to the Pyramids, the Charcoa del Ingenio Botanical Gardens, Fabrica La Aurora and delicious local restaurants.
