200 hour Yoga Teacher Training begins April 9th!
Step Into Your Path. Awaken the Teacher Within.
Our next 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training begins April 2026, led by Brynn Dardanes, E-RYT 200, alongside our all-women support faculty — Megan Reece (500HR RYT + Yoga Therapist), Ursula Pflucker (500HR RYT), and Julie Vitek (200HR RYT).
Together, this dynamic team will guide you through an immersive journey designed to awaken your inner teacher, deepen your self-understanding, and expand your connection to the ancient wisdom of yoga.
Whether your calling is to share yoga as a teacher or to dive deeper into your own practice, this training is an invitation to transformation — to step outside of your comfort zone, to heal, and to grow. In a world that is hungry for connection, authenticity, and heart-led leadership, becoming a yoga teacher is truly a sacred path.
At Urban Yoga, we believe that yoga is more than movement — it’s a remembering. A coming home. A way to live in alignment with your purpose, your community, and your highest self.

Unwinding the Week
How the body holds stress — and how it lets go
February 6 | 6:00–7:30pm | Urban Yoga | $25–$39
By Friday evening, much of what we carry in the body is adaptation rather than strain. This workshop explores how stress shows up through breath, muscle tone, and habitual holding, and how the body naturally releases when it feels safe. Expect slow, supportive movement and a calm reset for your nervous system.
