Personalized Meditation Instruction 

Meditation is the tool to access direct connection to Spirit. Through this connection, the interaction with Spirit is subjective and tailored toward your unique essence.

When you gain the tools that meditation has to offer, there is no need for an intermediary between you and your Higher Power and you can take responsibility into your own hands. The techniques are simple and they involve body relaxation, mental stillness, and the keys to unlock the heart.  The willing student is dedicated, disciplined, and devoted to the practice.

Maybe you have taken a meditation course before. Maybe you tried it on your own. Maybe this is the first time you have pursued further information on meditation. It does not matter. We all have more to learn when it comes to meditation.

We believe it is the duty of humanity to access God. At Elemental Yoga, we endeavor to create a structured pathway to go deeper and access God directly.  

Elemental Meditation can be employed by anyone. The best techniques we found for ourselves are the simple ones. To start at the ground level, we incorporate conscious breathing techniques (pranayama) that aid the thoughts to slow down and elevate the consciousness of the practitioner.

Through the breathing techniques taught, the nervous system is able to handle a more expanded awareness. As this bodily system increases in capacity, the use of the inner senses improves. We then use a heightened awareness of the inner senses during meditation to continue going deeper within.

This is the core of Elemental Meditation. By using our senses, what we have used since birth, we already have a grasp into our process. We turn our "searchlights" (taste, touch, smell, sound, and sight) inward toward what's happening in our body.

Referred to as "body awareness", the practice of this technique moves beyond the body into the astral realms. This is where the consciousness goes when one is sleeping.

As we are able to integrate into our waking life the understandings gained through conscious awareness in the astral realms, we develop the ability to move into the causal realm.

Here lies Superconsciousness, a state of all-knowing, all-seeing, and all-being. It is what is referred to as the opening of the spiritual eye.

Our hope is to aid you to unfold into deeper levels of consciousness. If you're looking to relax, meditation is right for you. If you're looking for a new career, meditation is right for you. If you're looking for purpose, meditation is right for you. If you're struggling with achieving goals or are a type A, overachiever, meditation is right for you. What we mean to say is that meditation improves happiness in all areas of life.

Our private lessons are tailored directly for you. Your private instructor will be Michael Dardanes, co-owner of Elemental Yoga and lead teacher of the Elemental Yoga Mind Arts division. He has been teaching meditation and metaphysics classes for over four years.

Coming to meditation was a sort of homecoming for him. Shortly after beginning his practice, he began having profound insights internally and externally. He is passionate about aiding other people to go deeper in their own meditation practice.

Pricing:

10 sessions = $650 (must be completed within 12 weeks)

1 session = $75

Private meditation instruction is conducted over Skype or FaceTime.
