Liz Dansby, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor, is dedicated to guiding others on their paths to achieving complete physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Liz has a great appreciation for the powerful healing effects of Yoga and believes that simplicity when teaching can often allow Yoga to have the greatest and most healing impact on her students. She loves seeing her students achieve peace and calmness at the end of class.
During her first career as a registered nurse, Liz worked with children with mental illnesses and their families and taught about the healing effects of empathy, therapeutic relationships, and healthy coping skills. While completing the Trinity Yoga Teacher Training, Liz’s appreciation for holistic wellness grew and ignited her passion for helping others achieve it through natural and lasting techniques. Liz believes that the path to wellness is most effectively walked when a client’s strengths and unique qualities are recognized and brought to the forefront, empowering them with the confidence and skills to generate their own healing.
When she isn't teaching yoga or providing massage therapy, Liz loves spending time with her husband, Cullen, and cuddling up to her two adorable cats, Milkshake and Wilbur.
