Practicing the Yoga of Devotion within Ashtanga Yoga: 12 Week Ashtanga Yoga Series

Thursdays 6:00-7:00 am. September 1st- November 17th, 2016

This course is intended to reconnect the student to the devotional aspect of living through bringing it to life in the yoga asana practice. The primary tools of awakening the heart will be through Mantra, Intention and Archetypal movement of  Devotion.

Rediscovering Natural Movement: 12 Week Therapeutic Yoga Series

Wednesdays at 9:15am - 10:30am. August 31st- November 16th, 2016

As children we develop patterns of holding the body and moving that  are unconsciously embedded into our physical and mental identity. Through this 12 week series you will rediscover what natural movement is for your body releasing blocks to discover your body’s innate joy and alignment. This class is gentle and transformational.

Kundalini Yoga to Ground the Body & Awaken the Heart: 12 Week Kundalini Yoga Series

Tuesdays 5:30-6:45 pm. May 19th - June 30th

This is a transformational class in which students will be guided inside and out of class to practice and establish a deeper relationship to themselves and improve their relationships to others. The heart of this course is the tangible development of self-love through self-care, self-expression and the cultivation of lasting joy.

Awaken Your Creative Fire: 12 Week Kundalini Yoga & Creativity Series

Fridays 9:15am - 10:45am. September 2nd- November 18th, 2016

This course takes you on a journey to discover the link between spirituality and creativity and to begin a process of transformation and renewal. Using "The Artists Way" workshop model combined with meditation, journaling, and Kundalini Yoga, this series helps you to tap into your imagination and awaken your inner artist. With the basic principle that creative expression is the natural direction of life, instructors Kevin and LeeAnn Sapp will lead you through a journey to recover your artistic vision from a variety of blocks including beliefs, fear and self-sabotage replacing them with faith, confidence and creative abundance.

Fundamentals of Alignment: 12 Week Ashtanga Yoga Series

Saturdays 10:30-11:45 am. September 3nd- November 19th, 2016

Alignment can make or break a Yoga practice. Through proper alignment, the benefits of yoga are enhanced including increased energy flow, thorough core strength, a strong foundation and relaxing the nervous system. This class is intended for beginners looking to better understand the poses as well as seasoned practitioners who want to experience the nuances of their bodies. Come join us as we explore alignment, anatomy, breath work, mantra and meditation from the ground up.

  • 1st class enrollment: $15/class for 12 weeks @ $180/semester
  • 2nd additional class enrollment: $12.50/class for 12 weeks @ $300/ semester
  • 3rd additional class enrollment: $11/class for 12 weeks @ $396/ semester
  • 4th additional class enrollment: $10/class for 12 weeks @ $480/ semester
  • 5th additional class enrollment: $9/class for 12 weeks @ $540/ semester

12 Week Courses Regular Enrollment by August 1st, 2016

  • 1st class enrollment: $17/class for 12 weeks @ $205/semester
  • 2nd additional class enrollment: $13.50/class for 12 weeks @ $325/semester
  • 3rd additional class enrollment: $11.69/class for 12 weeks @ $421/ semester

Students who enroll in the new semester before July 25th will receive free access to a two hour workshop at Elemental Yoga in the fall.

Structure:

Elemental Yoga has moved from a drop-in format to a semester pre-enrollment system. This allows instructors to teach information and practices that cumulatively build upon the previous class, and provide a deeper sense of community and commitment for our students.

  • Fall Semester enrollment: 12 weeks August 29th November 19th, 2016.
  • Students will pre-enroll and pre-pay for specific classes that they want to participate in., i.e. Mondays at 5:00pm and Tuesdays at 5:30pm.
  • Enrollment for class will close the second week after the class begins.

If a new student wants to participate in classes after enrollment closes, they have the following options:

  • Practice privately with Brynn or another instructor from the Studio.
  • Participate in the Monday 5:00pm open classes at the studio.
  • Enroll in classes for the following semester.
